John V. Bonneau
|
A Lewiston native, John graduated from Bowdoin College in 1967. He then
graduated cum laude from Villanova Law School, where he also served as a member of
the Law Review. He started practicing law in Philadelphia in 1971, and has been practicing
in Lewiston since 1975. He is a member of the Bars of both Maine and Pennsylvania. He
concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, estate planning
and probate. He was elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Council in
1991. John has played an active role with many local non-profit organizations. He
currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of John F. Murphy Homes and President of the
Friends of the Lewiston Public Library.  |
John W. Geismar

John has been practicing law in Lewiston since 1982. He is a graduate of
Colby College and New England School of Law cum laude where he served on the Law
Review. He concentrates his practice in the areas of health care law, tax law, including
practice before the IRS, pension and welfare benefit law, corporate law, and commercial
transactions, and is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. John is a
member of the National Health Lawyers Association. John serves on the St. Josephs
School Board, the Boys and Girls Club Board, Lewiston Mill Redevelopment Finance Committee
and chairs the Town of Minot Planning Board. |
Charles C. Hedrick

Chip has been practicing since 1998. He is a Maine
native and a graduate of Hebron Academy, St. Michael's College,
and the University of Maine School of Law. In law school, Chip
served as Research Editor of the Maine Law Review. He is a 2001
recipient of the Maine Bar Foundation and Volunteer Lawyers
Project Pro Bono Publico Award. Chip concentrates his practice
in the areas of business law, corporate law, probate, trusts
and estates, and wills. He currently serves as Treasurer of
the Maine Civil Liberties Union. |
Kenneth J. Albert, III
|
Ken was admitted to the Maine and Federal Bars in 2003. A native of Maine, he graduated from Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in 1986. After serving in various clinical and administrative positions within the health care arena, Ken returned to school and graduated from the University of Southern Maine, magna cum laude in 1999. He then attended the University of Maine School of Law, where he served as Research and Technology Editor of the Maine Law Review, and was awarded his JD degree in 2003. Ken has been honored by the American Bar Association for excellence in the study of health related law. His practice was initially in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, but he now concentrates in health care law. Ken serves as a Director on the Boards of two local not-for-profit agencies, and is active in Scouting and local youth sports organizations. |
